- Your page: your page is free. Husky Printing checks every new page before it goes live and can switch a page off at any time.
- What you post: you are responsible for what you put on your page (your name, photo and story) and promise you have the right to use them. Keep it family friendly.
- Commissions: when a family buys a paid service from your page, you earn a commission. Every Santa starts at these rates:
- 10% of printing
- $1 for each fax
- 20% of a shipping label
- 20% of other paid extras (like elf idea texts, the Elf Reporting System and North Pole letters)
- $10 for each Santa you refer who buys a year of Pro and keeps it 91 days
- When commissions are paid: a commission is paid 90 days after the sale. That is the time a customer has to dispute a card charge. If a sale is refunded or disputed in that time, it earns no commission. After 90 days we pay it the way you chose: to your bank through Stripe, as a credit on your Pro bill, or by hand.
- Turning services off (Pro): Pro Santas can turn off paid services on their page one by one (like shipping labels, faxes or letters). You earn no commission on a service you turn off.
- Pro: Pro costs $5 a month or $45 a year, plus sales tax ($5.41 or $48.71). Pro is free for the rest of 2026 for Santas who sign up this year, and no card is needed. You choose whether to keep Pro after that.
- Your bookings and invoices: the visits you book and the money families pay you for them are yours. Husky takes no part of your visit fees. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Your customers: the customer list in your settings is for running your Santa business. Only use it to contact people about your visits, and never sell or share it.
- Changes: Husky may change these terms. When we do, we'll ask you to agree again before you go on.
