santa.printnac.com is run by Mindy's Place LLC d/b/a Husky Printing Nac, 113 Mitchell St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965 ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Santa site: Santa letters, Naughty or Nice Notices, the Elf Idea Planner, Santa pages and Santa Pro, bookings, photos and text messages. Our print shop's own policy is at printnac.com/privacy.
What we collect
- Santa letters and mailed notices: the children's first names, ages, the nice things and wishes you type, the family last name and the mailing address, plus your email for the receipt.
- Elf Idea Planner: your picks and plan. The plan stays on your own device unless you buy the nightly texts. Then we keep your plan, cell phone, email, text times, time zone and your text consent.
- Event photos and downloads: photos a Santa takes at an event, the family name, and an email or phone if the Santa adds one, under a private family code.
- Santa accounts (Santa pages and Santa Pro): the Santa's email, password (handled by Google sign-in; we never see it), Santa name, city, state, phone, page address, bio, photos and payout choice.
- Bookings: your name, the visit address, phone, email, number of children, the event type and any note for Santa.
- "Tell me when it's ready" sign-ups: your name, and a phone, an email or both.
- Text messages: your cell number, the time and the form where you agreed to texts, which texts we sent, and any STOP or opt-out request.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see the amount, your name and email, and the last 4 digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Only to do what you asked: write, print and mail letters, make your plan and send its texts, show your photos, run Santa pages and bookings, take payment, send receipts, answer questions, and keep our business records. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't build profiles.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing. We use these service providers, only as needed to do the job:
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): hosting, database, file storage, sign-in and email.
- Stripe: card payments.
- Sinch: sending and receiving text messages.
- US Postal Service: mailed letters carry the name and address on the envelope.
- The Santa you booked or whose page you used: booking details go to that Santa, so they can visit. Event photos are shared only with the family that has the code.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
- We text only people who opt in on a form on this site. You can see the forms on our opt-in page. Texts come from +1 844-250-3537.
- We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- We use your number only to send the texts you asked for. Sinch only delivers them for us.
- Reply STOP to any text, or use our stop-texts page, to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.
Children's information
This site is for parents, guardians and Santas, not for children to use on their own. Parents and guardians (18 or older) type in children's first names, ages and wishes so we can make letters, notices and certificates. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
- Orders, letters, bookings and payments: as long as we need them for the order and our tax and business records.
- Event photos: deleted 90 days after the event.
- Elf Idea Planner texts: stop after your plan ends (by Dec 25). We keep the plan with its order.
- Opt-out requests: kept, so that we keep honoring them.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your information
Email sales@huskyprintingnac.com or call (936) 284-9955 to ask what we have, to fix it, or to delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. We may keep what the law or our tax records require.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with Google Cloud and sent over encrypted connections. Only our staff, and the Santa involved where it applies, can see it.
