Husky Santa Texts: SMS terms
- Program: Husky Santa Texts, from Husky Printing Nac (Mindy's Place LLC d/b/a Husky Printing Nac), sent from +1 844-250-3537 (844-250-ELFS).
- What we send:
- Elf Idea Planner: tomorrow's elf idea each evening at the time you pick, plus a bedtime reminder if you picked that plan. You buy this on elf.html: $15 for the idea texts, or $20 with bedtime reminders, plus tax.
- "It's ready" notice: one text when a service you signed up for opens.
- Elf Reporting System 2027: one automatic reply to each report you text in, Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2027. You buy this for $45 plus tax on ers.html.
- How often: Elf Idea Planner: up to 2 messages a night, from about Nov 29 to Dec 25, 50 messages at most in a season. "It's ready": 1 message. Elf Reporting System: 1 reply for each report you send, up to 1 report a day.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- How to opt in: tick the text-message box on one of our forms and enter your cell number. The box is never ticked for you. You can see each form on our opt-in page.
- How to opt out: reply STOP to any text. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL also work. We send one text to confirm, and then no more. You can also use our stop-texts page. To start again, reply START.

- Age: texts are for parents and guardians 18 or older. Please don't sign up a child's phone.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Stopping texts doesn't refund an Elf Idea Planner or Elf Reporting System purchase on its own. Contact us and we'll help. Your plan is always free to print.
- How we handle your number: see our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share it for marketing.

- Prices and orders: prices are shown before you pay. Card payments go through Stripe. Mailed letters go out by US mail, so we can't promise a delivery date. Please order by the cutoff shown on the letters page.
- What you type: please only enter information you have the right to share, such as your own children's names. Don't type anything hurtful into letters or notices; we may refuse orders that are.
- Santa pages: Santas who make a page also agree to the Santa page terms on the sign-up page.
- Free printables: are for your own family's use.
- Fun, not fact: letters, notices, the Santa Tracker and elf replies are for Christmas fun.
- Problems: if an order goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right. These terms follow Texas law.
