On santa.printnac.com/elf.html, a parent pays once ($15 for the idea texts, or $20 with bedtime reminders, plus tax) to get tomorrow's elf idea by text each evening, at a time they pick, for about Nov 29 to Dec 25. The box is not ticked to start, and checkout will not open until the parent ticks it. This is a copy of the form; it does nothing.
How often: up to 2 texts a night (the next day's idea, and the bedtime reminder if picked), up to 50 in all, only from about Nov 29 to Dec 25. Then the texts end on their own.

2. "Tell me when it's ready" sign-ups
Coming-soon services had this sign-up box (it was on elf.html, ers.html and the home page until both services went on sale on 22 Oct 2026; it comes back for the next coming-soon service). People who signed up get the one text. A phone number is optional; email works too. If a phone is given, the box must be ticked. This is a copy of the form; it does nothing.
How often: one text, once, when the service opens.

3. Elf Reporting System 2027
On santa.printnac.com/ers.html, a parent pays $45 plus tax once for 2027 and ticks an unticked text box. From Jan 1, 2027 they text a naughty or nice report to 844-250-ELFS and the elves send one automatic reply for each report, to show the children: up to 1 report a day. We never text a family first, and never about anything else. This is a copy of the form; it does nothing.
How often: one reply to each report the family texts in, up to 1 a day. A second report the same day gets one note that today's report is already filed.
